“I could not recommend Michelle Paradis enough to anyone looking into life and/or leadership coaching.
For the past three months, I have been meeting with Michelle weekly as I navigate my young career as a new leader. To be raw, I have faced a few obstacles as a leader, and having Michelle in my corner helping me learn from mistakes and/or unexpected trials has been amazing. I am far from perfect, but in three months, I can confidently say I am proud of the progression I have seen within myself. I have much more to improve on, but thank you, Coach Michelle, for believing in me and getting me to believe in myself!”
“Michelle was my life/professional coach recently and did an outstanding job. She was very helpful in helping me get a better focus on my prospecting efforts, and in turn helped increase my confidence in my professional and personal life. She ultimately helped me land a “dream job” as well! I would highly recommend her as a coach! Feel free to reach out to me if you need more feedback.” Steven Morse SMorse7777@gmail.com
“Working with Michelle is a game changer! She is unlike any business coach I have ever met in all the best ways. She is genuinely interested in understanding me, my business, my challenges, and my goals. She thoughtfully and deliberately guides me through the challenges I'm facing by somehow evoking sensibilities I didn't even know were within me. Her wisdom, perspective, and bank of resources are unmatched. If you are looking for a coach who will give you all of the support without any of the fluff, Michelle is your gal!”

“Michelle has been helpful from the minute I first spoke with her. In addition to being very encouraging and quick to respond, she is extremely knowledgeable. and her guidance and insight are priceless. I highly recommend Michelle if you're ready to get to work and be successful !” Eddie Sullivan
"I am a generally organized and adaptable person both at work and at home, and I had not given much thought to how I could benefit from a coach. However, when the opportunity to work with Michelle presented itself, I took it with an open mind and excitement for what benefits may await me -- and am so glad that I did. As an early career physician, I could see myself falling into habits at work which cost me in efficiency, feeling somewhat inept in navigating professional politics, becoming disheartened by interpersonal dynamics at work outside of my control, and losing vision of my next short-term and long-term career goals. Michelle was so approachable and personable and truly got to know me; she displayed genuine investment and connection with ease. Over the last year, she has helped me set tangible and practical goals in both daily/weekly habits and broader schemes to help me re-focus my discipline, not lose sight on important priorities, handle hierarchical discussions and requests, and become a more productive and balanced version of myself where I started. She celebrated my wins and offered true support during lows; she provided me accountability as well as reminders than some seasons require priority shifts to maintain balance. Through our coaching relationship, I am confident I have improved my leadership skills and have new practical tools to streamline my efficiency and continue my growth trajectory. I would highly recommend her to anyone who hopes for the same and seeks real strategies for a high-achieving and successful work-life balance!

It has been a pleasure working with Michelle over the past 18 months as a professional leadership coach. This exchange has helped me develop my clinical trial product production unit and lab research more effectively. My improved capacity to motivate the team and foster a cohesive work environment has aided me in submitting numerous additional research proposals. In the last few months, two of these grants, totaling almost $5 million, were funded by NIH. It should be mentioned that one of the funded projects is a clinical trial for treating patients with B cell malignancies, and the other one has helped in hiring additional research specialists to help comprehend the creative ways to better anti-tumor T cell therapy. A key reason for our group's success has been the change in my approach after speaking with Michelle regularly, which enabled me to better plan the dialogues with the teams I manage.

I am an immigrant physician and have worked extremely hard to establish a career in academic medicine. In spite of many successes, I continue to suffer from imposter syndrome which has often led me to miss out on high yield opportunities and leadership positions.
Working with Michelle has provided me “a window into my mind, aspirations, strengths, weaknesses and the confidence to go after what I want”. She is extremely easy to talk to, gets straight to the point and implores you to find answers by providing a wide variety of exercises/resources. She intentionally works on getting to know you, your family, your work and the ecosystem in which you live so she can provide guidance that is actionable and practical. Additionally, she helps me find the balance with the different hats I wear as a career-oriented woman, physician, scientist, educator, wife and mother.
I truly look forward to my sessions with Michelle, as it provides me an opportunity to be better, continue learning and growing. I highly recommend her. Dr. N.Nadig
I have strongly benefited from my coaching sessions with Michelle Paradis. I started them with an open mind about how to improve my ability to function in my new work environment. She helped me understand why certain situations were “frustration-producing” and how to “step outside” of my gut reaction and address the issue more rationally. The skills I learned were not intuitive to me. Through her coaching I was able to implement changes in my work environment, improve my communication with my team, respond to criticisms and solve complex problems. My approach to work has been much more confident and happier due to her help. Surgeon at MUSC, Charleston
"Michelle completely changed my professional outlook and the negative trajectory of my fellowship training. She was able to help me come up with strategies to be more efficient and organized at work. She helped me understand where my communication gaps between myself and my colleagues were, and how to best bridge these gaps. Most importantly, she helped me build the confidence I needed to go into the post-training workforce. Michelle truly taught me what it means to take ownership of my education both as a trainee and a future attending." Dr. Lemelman, MUSC
