About Me

A little bit about me -

I’m French-Canadian from Ottawa/Montreal, Canada. I moved to Charleston in 2016 and fell instantly in love with the city.

I’ve spent my adult life in education, as a teacher, a principal and a mentor; but more importantly, as a listener, a facilitator and now a coach. These roles all take root in my love for helping people.

Once I got to the US, I started my coaching company in the hope of helping professionals and leaders overcome obstacles that are getting in their way of being the best they can be, both personally and professionally.

I’m a certified coach and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

As an Academic and Life & Leadership Coach, I get to leverage 25 years of classroom teaching and education administration to make a personal and profound difference for people. I can’t see myself doing anything else.
